General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

Odds offered on Sports Betting may change at any time. The odds at the time a bet is accepted are final. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet is voided and the staked amount is refunded.

Live Casino

If a technical fault disrupts a Live Casino game, the last confirmed result will be deemed final. If a bet had already been accepted at the time of disconnection, that result will stand.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set individually for each game.
• Any disputes regarding game results must be reported to support within 72 hours.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gf999 platform. Any violation will result in serious consequences.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Exploiting the bonus system in an unauthorized manner or engaging in "bonus hunting".
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.

Either party — gf999 or the user — may close the account at any time.

You can contact support at any time to close your account. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing. Your account will be deactivated within 48 hours of the closure request.

Gf999 reserves the right to close any account without notice in cases of Terms & Conditions violations, fraudulent activity, or legal reasons. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned within 30 business days, subject to investigation.
